A newsletter that collects the main propaganda of jihadist organisations and groups from 24 to 30 September in a single publication.
Individual organisations will break down the propaganda:
In the case of al-Qaeda (AQ) and the Islamic State (IS), the central leadership, official branches and provinces will be included.
Then, independent jihadist groups, which have alliances and relations with other jihadist groups but which have independent operations and propaganda, will be included.
Finally, there are the jihadist tactical groups.
I would like to remind all readers to access the app or the site, since the email does not allow you to view the entire analysis, and not all photos are displayed.
This is a free publication for all subscribers to my website. Please share and comment.

Islamic State (IS)
The official media of the Islamic State published 1 issue of the weekly al-Naba this week (513). Issue 514, eight pages long, covers the week of 26 Rabi al-Awwal to 2 Rabi al-Akhir 1447, from 18 to 24 September 2025. The main infographic summarises the areas affected by military operations during the week mentioned above: Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Syria, Somalia, Mozambique, Pakistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
IS claims to have conducted 30 operations in all the mentioned areas and to have caused 148 deaths and injuries (for more details, read here).
The official media of the Islamic State released an 18-minute video from the Central Africa Province (ISCAP) entitled “Jihad and Dawah”. The video begins with criticism of the “crusaders” who oppress Muslims, citing the examples of the Crusades in Palestine and Belgian colonialism in Congo (this historical digression was also present in the Islamic State video in Mozambique - ISM). The video features numerous speakers addressing the audience in Luganda, Swahili and even English. ISCAP addresses Muslims in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Congo, Rwanda and Burundi, encouraging them to migrate to their camps in the jungle and join the Islamic State, emphasising that migration and armed struggle are religious obligations. The various speakers who follow also specifically threaten Uganda, promising further attacks against its interests. The video then shows its latest dawah campaigns in Christian villages in the north-eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, where, according to ISCAP, hundreds of Christians have converted to Islam. In one part of the video, through a speaker speaking in English, ISCAP calls on local and international media to stop calling them ADF, a name they replaced decades ago. The video also shows training camps in the jungle, with standardised black uniforms and very rudimentary equipment, and several attacks (with archive footage) carried out against the Congolese and Ugandan armies and against Christian civilians in the provinces of Ituri and North Kivu.
The Amaq news agency, the official media outlet of the Islamic State, released a lengthy statement claiming to have carried out an ambush attack with an IED against a vehicle carrying the commander-in-chief of the Second Brigade of the Puntland Security Forces, Ahmed Abdi Ali, as he was travelling to the Ja’il Valley. The explosion killed him and one of his guards. Area: Administrative region of Bari, Puntland, Somalia
