A newsletter that collects the main propaganda of jihadist organisations and groups from 16 to 23 July in a single publication.
Individual organisations will break down the propaganda:
In the case of al-Qaeda (AQ) and the Islamic State (IS), the central leadership, official branches and provinces will be included.
Then, independent jihadist groups, which have alliances and relations with other jihadist groups but which have independent operations and propaganda, will be included.
Finally, there are the jihadist tactical groups.
I want to remind all readers to access the app or the site, as the email does not allow you to view the entire analysis, and not all photos are displayed.
This is a free publication for all subscribers to my website. Please share and comment.
This issue contains all the primary propaganda material:
Al-Qaeda:
(AQAP, JNIM)
Islamic State (IS):
(1 issue al-Naba, IS official media)
Independent Jihadist Groups
(Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Saraya Ansar al-Sunnah, Jaish al-Adl).
Al-Qaeda (AQ)
Al-Malahem Media, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), released a 3-page statement congratulating JNIM and al-Shabaab on their continued victories in Africa.
Az-Zallaqa Media, Jama’at Nasr al-Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM), released 23 statements and 19 photos, claiming 31 attacks.
Target: Malian Army, Russian PMC Africa Corps, Burkinabe Army, VDP militia, and Niger Army.
Area: Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger
(For more details on JNIM's monthly military activity, read here).
Islamic State (IS)
The official media of the Islamic State published the weekly al-Naba. Issue 504, eight pages long, covers the week of 15 to 21 Muharram, from 10 to 16 July 2025. The main infographic summarises the areas affected by military operations during the week mentioned above: Somalia, Nigeria, Syria, Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
IS claims to have conducted 19 operations in all the mentioned areas and to have caused 102 deaths and injuries (for more details, read here).
The official media of the Islamic State published a photo report to show their Da'wa activities in areas under their control in the Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique.
The official media of the Islamic State published a 6:41-minute video from the West Africa Province (ISWAP).
The video is entitled: “The consequence of betrayal”. It aims to terrorise any civilians who decide to collaborate with the Security Forces by providing information on IS, showing interrogations and beheadings of numerous people (at least 10 are seen in the mass execution of the final scene of the video). The video, in Arabic and Hausa (with subtitles that change according to the speaker), thus shows the killing of those whom ISWAP considers “traitors” or “spies”.
It is important to remember that ISWAP has increased its attacks in the area, has undertaken a new strategy since March that targets bases and camps, has increased the use of drones and night attacks, and remains resilient and a strong threat. Nigeria
