The Islamic State's Bay'ah campaign: Pakistan Province.

The pledge of allegiance to the new leader of IS, Abu Hafs al-Hashimi al-Quraysh.

On 3 August 2023, in a 30-minute audio, the new Islamic State spokesman, Abu Hudhaifa al-Ansari, announced the new leader of IS: Abu Hafs al-Hashimi al-Quraysh (read here).

Within the audio, as has been the practice over the years and for previous “caliphs”, the spokesman requested all official provinces, fighters, supporters, media, etc. to swear allegiance to the organisation’s new leader.

As of this moment, Bay’ah’s campaign has begun and photos, videos and statements will arrive (so there will be a constant and continuous update).
